Federal courts have their own rules for bar admissions, and I am currently a member in good standing of the bars of the following Federal trial courts:

  • the United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of Illinois;
  • the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan; and
  • the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee;

I am currently a member in good standing of the bars of the following U.S. Courts of Appeals:

  • the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, and hearing appeals from U.S. District Courts in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee;
  • the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, located in Chicago, Illinois, and hearing appeals from U.S. District Courts in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin; and
  • the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, located in Denver, Colorado, and hearing appeals from U.S. District Courts in Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
